General Terms and Conditions for training participation at AVN Group B.V.

AVN Group B.V. devotes the highest care to the reliability and topicality of the data of this (online) training. Nevertheless, it may happen that the information contains deficiencies.
AVN Group B.V. does not guarantee the error-free operation or uninterrupted accessibility of this e-learning application. The information provided in our (online) trainings can be changed at any time without prior notice or obligation.

In addition to these additional terms and conditions for open registrations, the general terms and conditions of AVN Group B.V. are applicable to all our quotations and agreements to be concluded with us.

Registration
Registration is only possible via the website or by means of a registration form. You will receive a written confirmation by email for every registration. You will receive a message three weeks before the start of the training about whether the course and/or meeting will take place definitively. The planned date for the training is subject to sufficient participation. Afterwards you will receive a certificate as proof of participation.

Cancellation/reschedule policy
You can cancel or reschedule participation in a training only in writing. The following rules apply: up to 3 weeks before the start of the course we charge €35.00 for administration costs; within 3 weeks before the start of the training you will be requested to pay the full course fee. If you still participate in the relevant training within one year, you are requested to pay only 50% of the applicable enrolment rate; if unable to attend, it is possible to send a replacement at any time.

Liability
AVN Group excludes liability for damage(s) arising at course locations to the amount that the insurer pays out in such a case.

Prices
All mentioned prices or rates are subject to change and exclusive of VAT. The mentioned course prices include documentation material and lunch is included in one or multi-day training sessions.

Payment term
You will receive an invoice approximately three weeks before the start of the meeting or training. We use a payment term of 8 working days. If the payment is not received on time, there is a possibility that you cannot participate in the meeting or traning.

Administration costs
If you submit a change immediately before or after the training or meeting, we charge €35.00 for administration costs.

Discounts
When three or more employees of the same organisation register at the same time, discounts may apply. Please contact the sales department, telephone: 088 – 4070700 or e-mail: info@avnremarketing.nl. Various training courses follow each other. If you sign up for these trainings at the same time, you will receive a combination discount. If multiple discounts apply, only the discount that offers you the highest benefit applies.

Protection of personal data
Your data will only be used for sending information and/or special offers by AVN Group B.V. If you object to this, you can make this known to the attention of the sales department.

Safety
The student is expected to follow the safety instructions and standards during the course or meeting. In case of refusal of this compliance, the liability is entirely at the expense of the course paricipant.

Incorrect address details
If your address details are not correctly stated on the cover letter, we request that you correct this on the original letter and e-mail or send it by post to us.
